The developer of this new build project wanted to give potential buyers the opportunity to explore their future homes before construction was complete.

Using site plans and detailed architectural drawings, I developed accurate 3D CAD models of each property. These models were then transformed into high-quality photorealistic visualisations, helping buyers clearly see the scale, layout, and design features of their new home.

This process combines principles of product design, 3D modelling, and visual communication to bring architectural concepts to life.
